Our Customer Service Center is ready
to assist you with all your support needs. Alarm
Service is available 24 hours a day to help
you cancel an alarm due to inadvertent activation, provide
information on alarm activity, make changes to your
account, update Emergency Contact information, and request
additional yard signs and stickers.
Customer Technical Support
is available from 7:00am to 12:00am (Eastern Standard
Time) seven days a week to assist you with any technical
question or issue. In most cases we can resolve the
issue with you on the phone, if not a service ticket
is prepared and dispatched to one of our technicians.
This group also handles request to add additional devices
and system upgrades.
Billing Services is
available from 8:00am to 8:00pm (Eastern Standard Time)
Monday through Saturday to answer any billing questions.
